Terms of service

By booking with Nore's Playhouse LLC you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Booking & Deposit

*A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit DOES NOT go towards your total booking costs.

*Bookings are not secured until the deposit is received, and a confirmation email is sent to you.

*Deposits can be sent via cashapp: $Noresplayhouse or online

*A $100 refundable security deposit is also required and must be paid with booking fees or before delivery. This deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the event, provided no damage, excessive dirt, or violations of these terms occur.

*The full balance is due at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.

*There is a $20 travel fee for deliveries 20+ miles from zip code 64131.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

*Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellation by the customer.

*If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, any payments may be transferred to a future date (if available).

*In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment damage, etc.), a full refund will be provided, including the deposit.

3. Set-Up & Safety

*Our team will arrive at the time you schedule. Be sure to provide at least 1-Hour before the event to set up the equipment.

*An adult must be present at all times to supervise the play area.

*No food, drink, shoes, or sharp object allowed in the soft play area.

*Please adhere to the age recommendations for the equipment on our site. Adults are not permitted to use the soft play equipment.

4. Liability

*Nore's Playhouse is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the use of our equipment. Proper supervision is required at all times.

*The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of supervision.

5. Weather Policy (for outdoor setups)

*There is a $50 cleaning fee for outdoor events.

*For outdoor events, all equipment must be set up on a flat, dry surface.

*In the case of rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the set up for safety reasons.

6. Cleaning & Damage

*Equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered.

*A cleaning fee or repair fee may be deducted from the security deposit if the equipment is excessively dirty, damaged, or misused.

*If no issues are found, the full security deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the event.

7. Agreement

*By paying the deposit or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
